Tracey Seals founded Family Affair Consulting Group because she has lived through the confusion firsthand. With more than 20 years of professional experience, including years working alongside home care agencies, providers, patients, and health plans, as well as her own experience as a family caregiver, she knows that what families need most isn't a brochure - it's someone who will sit down with them, listen with care, and help them take the next step with confidence.

Her approach is practical, honest, and deeply human. She doesn't just hand you a list of resources — she helps you understand your options, weigh the tradeoffs, and make decisions you can feel confident about.
